What is a parent coach?
Parent coaching is a unique,
creative way to support you in the day-to-day raising of your children. Parent coaching not only helps you identify and evaluate
the stresses and issues that may be impacting you and your children, but coaching can also help you discover the good and
positive strengths in your current situation that you can call upon to assist you in designing action steps to realize your
dreams for yourself and your family. Coaching is not therapy or counseling. We do not look to the past, but work with you
to create the future you desire for yourself, your child and your family.
